Leck Construction Ltd is one of the area’s leading and most experienced, privately owned, construction contractor in South Cumbria.

For over 70 years, the Leck name has been synonymous with building quality. We have an outstanding portfolio of completed projects in the Commercial, education and health sectors, having built some of the area’s most iconic buildings such as Emlyn Hughes House, and Barrow Magistrates court, for public clients such as Cumbria County Council and Barrow Borough Council.

We have worked extensively in the Health sector working with The NHS and Morecambe Bay Health Authority at Furness General, Westmorland and Lancaster Hospitals, and for Private Health providers such as Risedale Nursing Homes who we have formed long-term partnerships with, recently constructing the 80 Bed, Abbey Meadow care home.

Leck has consistently worked in the Education sector, working with Cumbria County Council on local school projects, and for private facilities such as Chetwynde and Wings schools, constructing sports halls and gym facilities.
